Make a text replacement
Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Text Replacement. Add a shortcut such as “tmx” and set the phrase to ™. After that, typing tmx can expand into the trademark symbol.
Use it carefully
The ™ symbol is often used for brand names, product names, slogans, and features. It does not automatically mean the trademark is registered. For registered marks, use ® only when the mark is officially registered.
